This is a great FREE opportunity for grades PreK-6th to get on the mat in the Spring and work on skills students may have already learned in the wrestling room. practices will be offered twice a week with quality coaches that have many years of experience.
If you have not tried wresting but would like to try it, this is the class for you!
Please wear workout gear, bring a water bottle and wrestling shoes if you have them.
It is highly recommed particpants have wrestling shoes.
