Do you need a break from being stressed? If so, this wellness retreat is just for you. Join us for a full day of relaxation to restore wellness, deep relaxation, and balance in your life. Choose from the following classes or you can register for the full day:

Class 1 Healing with Crystals: 10-11 a.m. | You will receive a gift to take home | Cost is $45

Class 2 Guided Meditation: 11 a.m. - Noon | You will receive guided meditation for emotional cleansing and how to cope with everyday stress | Cost is $25

Class 3 Introduction to Salve Making: 1-2 p.m. | You will make a herbal salve with infused oils and take home your work (message Naomi before May 4 if you have any allergies at healingpalms@gmail.com) | Cost is $30

Class 4 Raise Your Energy with a Mystical Bonfire: 2-3 p.m. | You will discover how music can be used to increase awareness, ground you to the earth, and raise your energy | Cost is $30

Lunch: Fresch baked bread Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, chips, homemade cookie and bottled water.

If you sign up for all 4 class you can save $5.00 on lunch.



A free bunny and goat petting area also is available. Weather permitting, classes will be held outside in the fresh air to allow for the best connection to earth. All materials needed for each class will be provided.
