This class is open to ages 16 and up.

If you are new to yoga or are looking for a group yoga environment, this yoga class is for you!
Classes include gentle breathwork and poses and sequences, along with guided meditation to end each class. This class will focus on gentle breathing, foundational poses, and flowing sequences.
This class moves at a slower pace than most yoga classes and will help you lower stress after a long day.
Each participant must bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
