If you were only going to practice Yoga one day per year, this is the day to do it! Join the world in recognizing the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this ancient practice. On this day, we will begin with a breathing practice to center ourselves into the moment. We will flow throught asanas, or poses, that are accessible to beginners and regular practitioners alike. We will end with a mindfulness practice to foster a sense of community with each other and the world. This event is scheduled to be held outside in the grassy area by the Woodson Playground on Saturday June, 21, 2025. Registration deadline is 6/14/25
